The PER4MAX Caster Assembly Set is a high-performance front-rigging solution engineered to deliver maximum steering precision, low rolling resistance, and vibration dampening across active daily life and competitive court sports.

Built around high-tensile CNC-machined aluminum forks, precision 5/16" bearings, and low-friction polyurethane tires, this assembly is offered in 3", 4", and 5" diameters, as well as an optional Frog Legs® Suspension setup.

Caster Size & Setup Options

3" Micro Sports Casters (Court Performance)

• Primary Application: Wheelchair Basketball, Tennis, Softball, and Track.

• Characteristics: Extremely low profile and lightweight. Minimizes rotational inertia for instant 360° pivot capability and rapid directional changes on hardwood and smooth court surfaces.

• Tire Profile: Solid, high-durometer hard polyurethane or firm-roll aluminum-core wheels designed to prevent ground drag during explosive accelerations.

4" Performance Casters (Hybrid / Everyday Active)

• Primary Application: Active everyday use, court sports cross-over, and training.

• Characteristics: The industry-standard sweet spot balancing agile maneuvering with outdoor rollability. The 4" wheel easily handles small indoor threshold transitions without catching while maintaining rapid responsiveness on the court.

• Tire Profile: Offered in slim profile (for court play) or wide soft-roll polyurethane (for outdoor vibration damping).

5" All-Terrain / Everyday Casters (Outdoor & Daily Mobility)

• Primary Application: Active daily pushing, outdoor navigation, rough sidewalks, and carpeted environments.

• Characteristics: Larger diameter roll-over angle prevents the front casters from sinking into sidewalk cracks, grass, gravel, or thick carpet.

• Tire Profile: Wide-footprint, soft-roll polyurethane tire bonded to a CNC-machined aluminum hub.

Frog Legs Suspension Caster Assembly Upgrade

• Primary Application: High-vibration outdoor environments and athletes requiring joint-protection against harsh ground impacts.

• Characteristics: Replaces rigid single-arm or dual-arm forks with Frog Legs® shock-absorbing suspension forks. Utilizing an internal polymer wedge elastomer, it absorbs up to 80% of front-end ground impact and chatter before it reaches the frame or feet.

• Performance Benefit: Keeps the caster wheel in constant contact with the floor, preventing caster flutter at high speeds and protecting the lower back and knees from repeated micro-shocks.
